STANSTED AIRPORT ‘G2’ EXHIBITION

Parishioners are reminded of this opportunity to go & see for themselves the extent of BAA’s proposals for the 2nd runway at Stansted Airport & to talk directly to Mr.Alistair Mcdermid who is the Director of the G2 Project. 

 

A 2nd runway if approved, will end only 1000 meters to the north of the village & will result in aircraft taking off & landing directly over Takeley Church.

 

Takeley Parish Council have always & will always be firmly opposed to any further expansion at Stansted Airport & would encourage you all to attend & express your views to the BAA officers present.
